Let It Ride...

Morning !

This is a good game for those who play the cards...

This is also a grand concept when your digestion is overloaded.
Holiday time can certainly add to this. Right?

Well better to eat a little several times a day - maybe 4 - 6 small meals, with nothing 'white'.

simple really: eat Whole grains not white flour
eat Honey or stevia not white sugar (nor brown either)

eat a little protein, eat a little carb.

Sounds great but what to do when we party hearty?

Let it Ride...

do a day of fruit only or may just fresh juices..

Try it for a day...

A great Kidney flush first thing every morning is
~Juice of 2 lemons
10 -16 ounces of pure water (not tap)
pinch of Cayenne

Jack la Lane is well know for teaching us how to juice.

Here's one of my favorites:
~Juice 6 ounces of carrots (all of these organic if you can get them)
1 small red beet
1-2 stalks of celery
1 inch piece Ginger root (yellow organic Hawaiian is best)
For this Let It Ride day cut his in half with pure water.
Regular days just drink it straight.

then eat a little 4 - 6 times a day and re-energize feeling great...
