4 - 6 x's

Eat little meals 4 - 6 x's a day

The English had a bit right!

Tea time with snacks through out the day.
 BUT WE Can Do This Better !

nothing white !  flower, milk, sugar etc.

so try these:

And smoothie Shake with
~egg whites,
~stevia,
~1 Tblsp Almond butter,
~8 strawberries (frozen),
~1 Tblsp Coconut oil

  One of my favorite snacks is sliced fresh tomato, fresh basil, with fresh goat cheese.

Tea or coffe?? not if you want to have smooth energy the whole day...
Yes to herbla Tea and coffe.  I love ginger lemon tea, or Pau Darko, and Perro or Roma with stevia

Another favorite meal time little thingy of mine is hummus spread on long thin romain lettus leaves - cellery would great too.

Why on little ?  more often?  that is beacuse many researches have found the main cause of disease - all major ones like heart attacts, and even minor ones like colds is from too much undigested food remains in the body.

So, love food?  eat a little to eat a lot ! ! !

digest well

eliminate well...
