Tune your food ...

A tuning fork struck vibrates at a prices frequency, and one can tune a piano corresponding string to the exact frequency.
then the whole orchestra can tune the piano.... we all may enjoy the melodic sounds and vibrations.

Food is more than just what comes out of the ground.  It is also programed by the thoughts of the cook, or the terror of the animal when slaughtered.

So, when you get your plate of food bless it - duh -what's new about that ? or this?  well if you take your hands and place it on either side of your plate, and then go into the silence with in you and say your blessing...
you actually are reprogramming the food to match your vibration and bodily needs.

Try it just remember poison is just that - some things are better left uneaten except by Shiva... :-)

Many tastes at once...

I have a very beautiful French garden, at least 10 different types of plants, mutli-colors all bringing in butterflies, rabbits and Armadillos.

This garden is so beautiful that it is not possible for my eyes to take it all in one time.
I have to look at one area or even one plant for several minutes just to take in it's beauty...

Food is like this too...

If we eat too many things at once we loose the flavor...

take in one chew it 20 times or let it melt in your mouth, clear your palate and take another type of food.

Japanese sushi is like this ~ right?  eat some the take a bit of pickled Ginger to clear the palette.

Try eating only 3 or 4 things together at one time may be only 2 or 3.

Such as Almond butter on whole wheat cracker.

or Goat cheese with a bit of strawberry on a Whole wheat cracker.

Experiment and Love the taste and the health...

Greek !

Spanikopita

Yumm -one of my favorites

~made my way of course.

Is it the spinach? the filo? the time in the oven?
may its the cheese?

Could be all of these things or any of these right?
If all of these are perfect - whats left?

The spice - yes it is the spice this is what changes it for me
from yum to ho- hum to yuk...

How do you like yours?

If you like to cook for others do you cook it your way ? or their way?

If you can figure out in life what spices other enjoy and cook it their way !
You will be famous, and could be rich with discipline and some basic business skills
and be honest of course, duplicate the meal to their liking time and again.

McDonald's has figured this out - You will identical food, no mater which location you visit.

If you are in sales and can figure out what 'spices' in life your client loves you will the same.
Maybe your client likes the girl scouts or soccer and baseball or tree painting, singing in the church choir. If you find the spice and serve it with your product you will be remembered and sought after...

so if it's Greek ! to them serve it with dolmas, not hemlock and know the difference.

Ever guess why its the Master in Karate movies that cook in the kitchen?

Be the food...

You are what you eat ! remember this one ?

The bushman in the movie 'The God's must be Crazy' talk to their food before they kill it, explaining why they need eat them, and thank them, or Honor them.

Chief Seattle cautioned the whitees to honor the animals, because as go the animals so goes man.
Interesting that as we have exterminated many breeds we are selves are seeing BIG troubles.

The American Indian when hunting would breath the last breath of the deer, buffalo, or elk, taking in its spirit into themselves and killing only to live; using all the animal. They didn't hunt from jeeps nor helicopters.

In Blessing the food many thank God for getting what is in front of them there, please thank the God in the beast for choosing to be on your plate too.

This is simple we learn to respect life and life will respect us.

So what ever you cook or prepare today: remember that is has life flowing through it too.
Honor this life flow and doing so bring it into your body further with this conscious awareness,
bringing it also into your mind, spirit and heart.

Chocolate Cake...

Ah the best I have found anywhere in Dallas area is at the Stone Brier Mall in Frisco.
there's a little place in there buy the check out stand across from the bookstore
which holds it in its cool windowed vaults. Many choices the fudge one with chocolate
icing holds #1 in my opinion ~~Ask for extra whipped cream... I like it to go...

Wow that was wonderful...

Now this what tong says to do...

But when I found out that the sugar just feeds all the mold & fungus and cancer in me,
well I just eat it like a would the Mona Lisa in a museum. I'll go and just watch others eat it.

or just imagine it..

What do let rule in your house?
your body or your tong?

We need a little discipline but TV commercials creating you and I as consumers has made it's programming deep with in us.

Chocolate cake zombies....

We have to hypnotize...

and become Consciously healthy

Ahhh... the full moon buzz is waning...

A salad today?

Fresh seared Ahi tuna comes to mind.

but do remember that iodine is essential 12 mg a day not the rda that the gov suggests
~this is amount the average Japanese gets living near the sea.

Relax a bit give your digestion a rest a bit too.

Maybe a juice for one of your 4 -6 mini meals?
How does fresh apple sound?  Nice this time of year...

I started with my  15 drops of iodine in water.
1 hour latter 2 lemons in 8 ounces.

then I'll do my HerbDoc green drink about 1 hour latter.

Hummm fresh lettuce with an orange vinaigrette.
With almonds, raisins, and a bit of buckwheat -toasted and steamed, and sea salted.

Full Moon Food

This is an expansion day.
Full moon expand everything
They make the blood thinner and clot a bit slower.

Ask someone you know in an ER if you not sure of these facts.

So what to eat?

Well at least the regular amount of fiber, or a bit more.

Cut back on meat to may be 4 ounces with a bit more veggies ~ like a stir fry
better a quick saute, steamed or raw.

Take your enzymes.

Avoid bad oils - raw coconut oil or a good olive oil would be good, avoid fried foods.

For most of Americans avoid beans, cabbage, anything that may create gas.
remember this is an expansion time frame - 3 days of the full moon 1 day before and after.

Try smoothies only if you are fine with fruits.

other wise the protein shake with almond butter, yum...

Grand day feel the buzz of this full moon..
